Refund and Returns Policy

We make personalised apparel, that is quality checked — we guarantee it! Our suppliers are some of the bests in the business, and we customise each item just for you! All items are checked once more for quality and accuracy before they are shipped.

All our personalised products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.

If you have any problems with your order, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for an immediate exchange for the same item, or a full refund.

We are unable to accept personalised items for return unless the item is defective or faulty in manufacturing. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our goal is to make your order exactly as you would like it!

Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes, as the order will be sent into production immediately.

PLEASE NOTE:

Majic Personalisation reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion if the order is considered inappropriate due to language, content, or material. Due to the high volume of orders, we receive during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee that your gifts will arrive on time. In the event of complications beyond our control that cause your order to be delayed, we will notify you immediately. If we do not meet our guarantee, we will refund your shipping and handling fees after we verify that the package did not arrive on time. Any delays in orders (whether caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen issues) cannot be refunded by Majic Personalisation or any of our carriers. Thank you for your understanding.
